This is in memory of my dear angel Zac, Jacob's brother. And like Jacob,
he had the condition known as transposition of the great vessels. Zac
passed away of heart failure.
Though
you were not here long, we had a special bond. You were my first born
child, and I will always remember you, and how special you were.
Until
we are together, I love you and miss you.
